Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At HBC Armor, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want every customer to be fully satisfied. Because most of our products are custom-made to order and sized individually, returns and exchanges are handled with specific guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.


Return Policy

If you wish to return an item that was custom-built to your measurements or specifications, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.

You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing hbcarmor@gmail.com, and the product must be shipped back within 21 days of receipt.

Returned items that show signs of wear, damage, modification, or cannot be resold will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 12 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Exchanges

If a mistake was made on our side—such as incorrect measurements, production errors, or defects that affect functionality—we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost and cover return shipping.

If an incorrect measurement was provided by the customer, alterations or remanufacturing may require additional payment.


Defective or Damaged Items

If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect that impacts appearance or functionality, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details and photos so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
In such cases, HBC Armor will cover postage for repair or replacement.


Lost Packages

We take responsibility if the shipment is lost due to postal or courier service errors. In the case of a lost parcel:

  • A replacement will be issued or a refund can be requested after the carrier confirms the loss.

However, we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. In such situations, reshipping will be possible only after the original package is returned and shipping fees are paid again.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-sized or personalized armor and equipment

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or modification

  • Sale or clearance items
